The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched a campaign, in collaboration with the CEOE, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the Forum of Renowned Spanish Brands, to try to internationally improve the image and reputation of Spain, damaged by the coronavirus crisis, and that it tries to reach potential tourists and visitors to Spain, as well as companies and investors, in what constitutes the largest public-private alliance, to improve the “country reputation”.
The campaign, under the motto “Spain for Sure”, tries to project a positive image of Spain abroad after the harshest effects of the pandemic. The objective of the campaign, according to foreign sources, tries to remind the world that values such as effort, resilience and, above all, reliability and security, have remained and will remain undisturbed despite the impact of the pandemic in our country.
The campaign carries the motto Spain for sure, which tries to convey that you can trust Spain
The objective of the campaign is to convey to all international agents, from companies, investors, tour operators, and citizens in general, that Spain is a country that can be trusted, a country that you can believe in, a safe country.
In order for the message to reach as many people and institutions as possible, the campaign has the faces of Spaniards who symbolize those values, with whom Spain identifies, and above all, who carry our image throughout the world as “Honorary Ambassadors of the Spain Brand ”and among which are Rafa Nadal, Pau Gasol, José Andrés, Isabel Coixet, Fernando Alonso, Ana Botín, María Blasco, Sara Baras, Ferrán Adriá, Andrés Iniesta, Edurne Pasabán, Valentín Fuster, the Roca brothers , Carolina Marín and Teresa Perales.
Personalities from all sectors participate in a video that highlights the positive aspects of Spain
All of them participate in a video, which has been distributed in Spanish and English, in which these ambassadors highlight the potential of Spain. Business organizations are committed to transferring through their partners, and internationally, the qualities that can be found in Spain.
